A curated look at our work across television, streaming, and film.
Losers (Netflix)
Emmy-nominated Series About Grace in Defeat
We partnered closely with the director of Losers from concept to completion, helping shape a bold, genre-bending Netflix Original that redefined the sports documentary. From the earliest days of development, we dug deep to uncover stories of athletes who faced failure not as an ending—but as a beginning. We led global research to identify the most emotionally resonant stories, then handled the delicate process of casting and gaining the trust of subjects ready to revisit some of the hardest chapters of their lives.
Our team supported international shoots across six countries—France, England, Italy, Morocco, Canada, and the U.S.—from the frozen tundra of Alaska to the scorched sands of the Sahara. We helped shape the editorial arc, assemble an exceptional field crew, and bring a cohesive voice to the series’ hybrid style: part vérité, part animation, part psychological deep dive. The result was a critically acclaimed show that earned a Sports Emmy nomination and sparked conversation far beyond the world of sports.
Panic: The Untold Story of the 2008 Financial Crisis (HBO)
Emmy Winning Documentary · Unprecedented Access
At Vice on HBO, we helped transform one of the most technical and misunderstood economic events in modern history into a gripping narrative. Supporting the director at every stage, we meticulously prepared for high-stakes interviews with the key players—two former U.S. presidents, Federal Reserve Chair Ben Bernanke, Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson, New York Fed President Tim Geithner, JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, and many of the key political and financial figures who made decisions under enormous pressure.
Our goal was to let them tell their story—one that was often unpopular—and to humanize the choices they made in the heat of the crisis. We carried that same depth into post-production — helping to supervise the edit, crafting selects from hours-long interviews, guiding archival pulls, and helping the editors understand the urgency and nuance of the material. The result was a gripping account of a global near-collapse, told by the people who were there. The film won an Emmy for its clarity, access, and storytelling.
Accomplice to Murder (Court TV)
Original Series · 22 Episodes · Top-Rated Sunday Show
When Court TV approached Trapper Creek Media to create a true crime series from their extensive trial archive, we meticulously analyzed over 1,200 trial transcripts, uncovering a powerful yet overlooked theme: accomplices who were often manipulated into murder. We built the series around Court TV anchor Vinnie Politan, taking him into the field and traveling across America to the scenes of these crimes, immersing viewers firsthand in each compelling mystery. We secured exclusive interviews with police investigators, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and crucially, the accomplices themselves—who shared deeply personal accounts either from prison or following exoneration. The series quickly became Court TV’s top-rated Sunday night show and was renewed for a second season.
